If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns
Unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Items must be in new, unused condition

Warranty
Rattle Stakes is built for real outdoor use. If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll take care of it.

This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Issues with materials or construction

This does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or improper setup
• Damage from outdoor exposure over time

If you experience an issue, reach out and we’ll work with you to find a solution — whether that’s replacement parts or a full replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
